Support Staff Supervisor
Supervises and coordinates support staff operations in Knox and Licking Counties. Provides leadership, training, scheduling, workflow oversight, and performance management while assisting with front desk and administrative support functions as needed. Serves as a working supervisor to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service.

ACF Residential Aide 
ACF Residential Aide Duties: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance and direction to BHP residential clients with a history of mental health issues. You will ensure the safety and security of the facility, clients, and community, and provide a range of supportive and emergency services. Work 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts and coordinate shift operations. Specific work shift responsibilities vary based on the shift and operational and service needs. Employees will typically work a regularly assigned location and shift; however, such assignment may change at the discretion of BHP of Central Ohio, Inc.

Care Coordinator
BHP is currently searching for experienced professionals to provide full-time case management services. This position requires experience in Community Support outreach activities, including case coordination and conducting home and community visits. The ability to collaborate and communicate with other service providers is essential. Must be able to engage and maintain professional client relationships. Responsible for setting and enforcing appropriate boundaries with clients. A high school diploma is required; an Associate Degree in the Human Service field is preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Licensure is preferred (SWA, LSW, LPC). This position provides transportation to clients; therefore, candidates must have reliable transportation. A valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required.

Fact Recovery Coordinator

3rd Shift Crisis Intervention Specialist
BHP is currently searching for an experienced individual to serve as a Crisis Intervention Specialist. This position is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, including mental status examinations, lethality assessments, and diagnosis. Candidates must be able to quickly engage, assess, problem-solve, and stabilize crises. The ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services is essential. All positions in the department require flexibility in scheduling and work location. This position will primarily serve Licking County and will provide weekend coverage. The Crisis Intervention Specialist may be required to cover additional shifts in rotation with other crisis workers as needed.

Medical Assistant/Support Staff (CNC)
The MA/Support Staff Specialist provides medical and administrative support to BHP's Urgent Care services in Licking and Knox Counties. This position assists clients, supports clinical staff, performs medical support duties within the employee's training and qualifications, and helps ensure efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities include front desk operations, client registration, vital signs, urine drug screens, scheduling, electronic health record documentation, and coordination of client services. The position requires professionalism, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively in a behavioral healthcare environment.

Nurse LPN/RN
BHP is currently searching for an LPN/RN for our Licking County facility. In this role, you will practice community-based nursing, administer medical care, and provide clients with basic medical information. Serves as a liaison with physicians and other client providers.

Operations Manager
The Operations Manager provides operational leadership to support the effective functioning of Behavioral Healthcare Partners of Central Ohio, Inc. (BHP). This position oversees daily operations and manages assigned operational resources and facilities.

Outpatient Therapist
BHP is currently searching for licensed clinicians for part-time/full-time/ Tele-Health Outpatient Therapy positions. This individual will be serving SED adults and youth/families. Successful candidates will possess competent assessment and diagnostic skills. In addition, this individual will have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate and communicate with other service providers. Must have the ability to diagnose and treat SMI with evidence-based modalities and address mental health, alcohol, and other drug-related issues. Individuals need substantial proven experience in writing and implementing treatment plans, providing therapy, and attending to client outcomes. A master’s-level degree and LSW/LPC are required; prefer Master’s level LISW, PCC, or LICDC (or equivalent training and experience).
