ACF Residential Aide 

ACF Residential Aide Duties: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance and direction to BHP residential clients with a history of mental health issues. You will ensure the safety and security of the facility, clients, and community, and provide a range of supportive and emergency services. Work a 1st, 2nd, 3rd or weekend shifts and coordinate shift operations. Specific work shift responsibilities vary based on the shift and operational and service needs. Employees will typically work a regularly assigned location and shift; however, such assignment may change at the discretion of BHP of Central Ohio, Inc. The Starting wage for this position is $15.00 per hour.

Care Coordinator

BHP is currently searching for experienced professionals to provide full-time case management services. This position requires experience in Community Support outreach activities, including case coordination and conducting home and community visits. The ability to collaborate and communicate with other service providers is essential. Must be able to engage and maintain professional client relationships. Responsible for setting and enforcing appropriate boundaries with clients. A high school diploma is required; an Associate Degree in the Human Service field is preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Licensure is preferred (SWA, LSW, LPC). Crisis Intervention Specialist  

BHP is currently searching for a full-time licensed Crisis Intervention Specialist for both Knox County and Licking County. Crisis Specialists complete hospital pre-screens, wellness checks, and safety plans for individuals, including children, youth, and adults. These are done in a variety of settings, including schools, communities, hospitals, and jails. Candidates must have good diagnostic skills, excellent critical thinking, and good communication skills. These positions require the ability to diagnose and treat the SMI population using evidence-based tools, provide trauma-informed care, address mental health, alcohol, and other drug-related issues, and meet documentation requirements. Crisis Specialists require a balance of quality time with individuals in crisis, and as such, they are self-paced, based on the immediate need of the client/situation. There are no case load or productivity requirements, and they are fully supported with access to phone consultation 24/7/365. Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and LSW or LPC (or equivalent). Independent licensure and Master’s level training are preferred, but not required. FACT Recovery Nurse - Licking 

FACT Recovery Nurse Duties: In this role, you will practice community-based nursing, administer medical care, and provide clients with basic medical information. Serve as a liaison with physicians and other client providers. The Starting wage for this position is $20.00 per hour.

F/ACT Services Team Lead

F/ACT Services Team Lead: leads the F/ACT Recovery Coordinators, F/ACT Counselor, and F/ACT Recovery Nurse through training and monitors the performance of new and existing team members. Help Desk Technician

BHP is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to information technology users, and monitor and respond to Help Desk requests as part of the Information Technology Team. Works with other IT staff to ensure the continued operation, maintenance, and security of BHP’s computer hardware, software, telecommunication equipment, printers, copiers, fax machines, and other peripheral devices. Travels to work sites in various counties to perform job responsibilities.

Maintenance Worker

BHP is currently searching for an individual to serve as a Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities include: general building maintenance and custodial work when requested, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, light construction work, basic landscaping and snow removal, and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Candidates must be capable of working at multiple locations in Licking and Knox Counties. This position is 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling available. Outpatient Therapist

BHP is currently searching for licensed clinicians for part-time/full-time/ Tele-Health Outpatient Therapy positions. This individual will be serving SED adults and youth/families. Successful candidates will possess competent assessment and diagnostic skills. In addition, this individual will have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate and communicate with other service providers. Must have the ability to diagnose and treat SMI with evidence-based modality, address mental health, alcohol, and other drug-related issues. Implements a monitoring system, determines the client’s needs, and ensures delivery of needed treatment. Performs a variety of responsibilities to support clients who are unable to manage their own finances and government benefits received through Supplemental Social Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Income (SSDI), or the Veterans Administration (VA). Collaborates with co-workers and others to help promote a stable living environment for the clients, and to ensure that basic needs of food, shelter, clothing, and medical care are met.

BHP is currently searching for an experienced Psychiatrist. This position diagnoses, prescribes medication, monitors medication side effects, and participates in the treatment process focused on children of all age groups. The starting annual salary for this position is $176,300.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Licking 

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Duties: Conducts comprehensive psychiatric assessments of clients and establishes treatment plans for clients. Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other service providers. Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a focus in psychiatry. Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure and Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) focus required; DEA required; credentialing with insurance companies preferred; CPR/BLS certification required. School Consultant

BHP is currently searching for an individual to partner with local schools to provide services to students. This individual will complete assessments, work with students and their families using a solution-focused approach, and provide consultation to teachers and school administrators. In addition, this position provides on-site therapy to existing BHP clients in a school setting. Previous experience with community-based service delivery and the ability to coordinate and collaborate successfully with a variety of internal and external partners (i.e., community partners) is desired. This position serves students in schools located in Licking County. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. SWA, LSW/LPC licensure is required. Independent Licensure is preferred. BHP is currently searching for customer service-oriented individuals to serve as a part-time or full-time Residential Aide at either of our residential facilities. The primary duty of this position is to ensure the safety and security of the facility in which they are working. Additional responsibilities include: providing a range of supportive services such as listening and responding to clients’ concerns, monitoring client activity, and conducting facility rounds on all four (4) floors by walking through the facility at least hourly. Crisis Intervention Specialist

BHP is currently searching for an experienced individual to serve as a Crisis Intervention Specialist. This position is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, including mental status examination, lethality examination, and diagnosis. Candidates must have the ability to quickly engage, assess, problem solve, and reach crisis stabilization. The ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services is essential. All positions in the department require flexibility in scheduling and work location. This position will primarily serve Knox County and will provide weekend coverage.
