ACF Residential Aide
ACF Residential Aide Duties: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance and direction to BHP residential clients with a history of mental health issues. You will ensure the safety and security of the facility, clients, and community, and provide a range of supportive and emergency services. Work a 1st, 2nd, 3rd or weekend shifts and coordinate shift operations. Specific work shift responsibilities vary based on the shift and operational and service needs. Employees will typically work a regularly assigned location and shift; however, such assignment may change at the discretion of BHP of Central Ohio, Inc.
Care Coordinator
BHP is currently searching for experienced professionals to provide full-time case management services. This position requires experience in Community Support outreach activities, including case coordination and conducting home and community visits. The ability to collaborate and communicate with other service providers is essential. Must be able to engage and maintain professional client relationships. Responsible for setting and enforcing appropriate boundaries with clients. A high school diploma is required; an Associate Degree in the Human Service field is preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Licensure is preferred (SWA, LSW, LPC). This position provides transportation to clients; therefore, candidates must be able to provide reliable transportation, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance are required.
3rd Shift Crisis Intervention Specialist
BHP is currently searching for an experienced individual to serve as a Crisis Intervention Specialist. This position is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, including mental status examination, lethality examination, and diagnosis. Candidates must have the ability to quickly engage, assess, problem solve, and reach crisis stabilization. The ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services is essential. All positions in the department require flexibility in scheduling and work location. This position will primarily serve Licking County and will provide weekend coverage. The Crisis Intervention Specialist may be required to cover additional shifts in rotation with other crisis workers as needed.

Conducts interviews with family members, service providers, school personnel and others to obtain information for the assessment. Implements client monitoring systems, determines clients’ needs and identifies clients’ risk factors. Ensures delivery of needed treatment and services. Meets with individual clients and provides group facilitation.

BHP is currently searching for an LPN/RN for our Licking County facility. In this role, you will practice community-based nursing, administer medical care, and provide clients with basic medical information. Serves as a liaison with physicians and other client providers.
Outpatient Therapist
BHP is currently searching for licensed clinicians for part-time/full-time/ Tele-Health Outpatient Therapy positions. This individual will be serving SED adults and youth/families. Successful candidates will possess competent assessment and diagnostic skills. In addition, this individual will have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate and communicate with other service providers. Must have the ability to diagnose and treat SMI with evidence-based modality, address mental health, alcohol, and other drug-related issues. Individuals need substantial proven experience in writing and implementing treatment plans, providing therapy, and attending to client outcomes. Master’s level degree and LSW/LPC are required, prefer Master’s level LISW, PCC, or LICDC (or equivalent training and experience).
