This is a 40 hour/week position working primarily 2nd shift (4p-12a). Candidates must understand excellent customer service and model positive behavior. The primary duty of this position is to assure the safety and security of the facility in which they are working. Additional responsibilities include: provide a range supportive services such as listening and responding to clients concerns, monitoring client activity and conducting facility rounds on all four (4) floors by walking through the facility at least hourly, ability to issue rule violations when necessary. They will also complete multiple check-in tasks during client admission, Shift Change Report and security checks as well as, completing the Daily Shift Report and Incident Reports, as needed. All residential aides are cross trained with the other residential facilities to fill in when necessary. Requirements for the position include a high school diploma or GED. Basic computer and typing skills are required for all positions.

Responsibilities include: supervisor of staff, achievement of administrative goals and clinical expertise with adults experiencing severe behavioral health challenges. This position oversees clinical and administrative functions of Adult Recovery Coordinators and Criminal Justice position. BHP is searching for a Resident Manager, for our Mt. Vernon, Ohio women’s sober living facility. This is a live-in position; candidates must be willing to move and live on-site in a residential home. Responsibilities of the position will include: oversight and support in following all house policies and procedures; help maintain a drug free environment; administration of supervised urine drug screens as outlined in policies; facilitate house meetings including assigning and coordinating house chores and cleaning duties. The Resident Manager will assist with move in/move out processes, new resident orientation and will collect rent from residents weekly. In addition, this position is responsible for weekly individual meetings with all residents.
