Human Resources Director

BHP of Central Ohio is seeking an Human Resources professional to lead the Human Resource department. Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Director will maintain responsibility for planning, implementing and administering HR services and programs including employment, HR policy, benefit administration, compensation, recruitment/retention, labor relations, training and development, employment law and regulation compliance. The position will manage the HR team. Successful candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented. Requirements for the position include a combination of education and/or experience that include Bachelors degree and five to seven years of direct HR work experience. Industry HR certification preferred.

Adult Recovery Coordinator - Knox

BHP is currently searching for experienced professionals to provide full time case management services for a position on our adult team in Knox County. This position requires experience in Community Support outreach activities including case coordination and conducting home and community visits. Candidates should possess proven experience in treatment planning and implementation from a strength based perspective. Must be able to engage and maintain professional client relationships. Must have the ability to be consistent with clients and treat everyone equally with respect and dignity. Candidates should have experience in meeting client service expectations. Associate Degree in Human Service field is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Licensure is preferred (SWA, LSW, LPC).                                                                       

 Residential Aide - CH

BHP of Central Ohio is seeking a customer service oriented individual to serve as a part time Residential Aide at The Courage House, BHP’s Women’s Recovery Center. Our current opening is for a part time (16 hour) 2nd shift, weekend role. The primary duty of this position is to assure the safety and security of the facility in which they are working. Additional responsibilities include: provide a range supportive services such as listening and responding to clients concerns, monitoring client activity and conducting facility rounds on all four (4) floors by walking through the facility at least hourly

Resident Manager (House Manager)

BHP is searching for a Resident Manager, for our Mt. Vernon, Ohio women’s sober living facility. This is a live-in position; candidates must be willing to move and live on-site in a residential home. Responsibilities of the position will include: oversight and support in following all house policies and procedures; help maintain a drug free environment; administration of supervised urine drug screens as outlined in policies; facilitate house meetings including assigning and coordinating house chores and cleaning duties. The Resident Manager will assist with move in/move out processes, new resident orientation and will collect rent from residents weekly. In addition, this position is responsible for weekly individual meetings with all residents.

Successful candidates must be actively working a program of recovery and demonstrate at least one (1) year of continuous sobriety/recovery.  The ability to maintain healthy and professional boundaries and exhibit strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required. Basic computer and typing skills are required.

Outpatient Therapist

BHP is seeking a licensed clinician for a full/part time Outpatient Therapy position serving youth/families. Candidates should be skilled in providing therapy to children as young as age 5. Successful candidates will possess competent assessment and diagnostic skills to treat emotional and behavioral disorders of childhood and adolescence.  In addition, this individual will have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate and communicate with other service providers.  Individuals need substantial proven experience in writing and implementing treatment plans, providing therapy including family therapy, and attending to client outcomes. Bachelors level LSW/LPC is required, prefer Masters level LISW, PCC or LICDC (or equivalent training and experience).  A minimum of two years of experience working with children required.

F/ACT Recovery Coordinator  (Case Manager)

BHP is searching for an experienced professional to provide full time and limited on call case management services for a position on our F/ACT team in Knox County. This position serves dually diagnosed, SMD adults.  This position requires experience in Community Support outreach activities including case coordination and conducting home and community visits.   The ability to collaborate and communicate with other service providers (i.e. community partners) is essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

 Crisis Intervention Specialist - Licking

 Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner - Knox County

BHP is currently searching for an experienced CNS or CNP Advanced Practice Nurse for a full time position.  Under the direction of a collaborating physician, this individual will evaluate and diagnose SMD adult clients who are experiencing a psychiatric emergent/urgent or routine condition in an outpatient setting. Additional responsibilities include: provide pharmacological treatment for patients including prescribing and managing psychotropic medications as well as providing follow-up; order and interpret appropriate lab tests; coordinate with other prescribers (primary care physicians) as appropriate; coordinate medical aspects of treatment with the Medical Staff, Nursing, Clinical Services and others as appropriate. Essential requirements needed for this position include: excellent clinical and documentation skills, strong written and oral communication skills, ability to collaborate with other service providers.  Must demonstrate a willingness to work in fast-paced, innovative environment. This position may provide services to both our Knox and Licking County facilities via a combination of telehealth and/or onsite service. Master of Science in Nursing Degree required; Certified in Psychiatry required. Candidates should have experience in meeting client service productivity expectations, and in the utilization of electronic health records.
