
Dr. Kathryn Saylor, President and CEO
Kate joined BHP as President and CEO in 2016. For the past 20 years she has held leadership positions in the behavioral health field focused on mental health and addition services. In addition, she has worked as a lobbyist advocating for mental health and addiction providers, clients, and healthy mental health systems.
Kate graduated from The Ohio State University with her Bachelor’s in psychology. Following graduation and before starting graduate school, she spent two years in Washington, D.C. as a research assistant for a non-profit advocacy organization. Kate returned to Ohio to attend Xavier University, where she received a doctorate in clinical psychology and a master’s certificate in non-profit management through Xavier’s MBA program.

Sharon Stockton, Chief Clinical Officer
Sharon is a Registered Nurse in both mental health and chemical dependency. She has worked for BHP for over 20 years starting as a part-time RN at Spencer House. A few months after beginning her work at BHP she moved to full-time as the Assistant Director of Spencer House and eventually into the Program Director position for the whole organization. In 2016 took on the role of Chief Clinical Officer of BHP.
Kyle Snow, Chief Financial Officer
Kyle joined BHP in 2014 as the organization's Controller. In 2017 he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Kyle graduated from Muskingum University with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
Jennifer Dixon, Chief Human Resources Officer
Jennifer joined BHP in 2017. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in Human Resources from multiple industries. She holds a Masters degree from Capital University, and a PHR certification through SHRM. She also is a certified Therapy Dog team with her dog Lucky, visiting hospitals, nursing homes and rehabilitation centers.
