You will meet with one of our clinical staff that will gather information. This information will help identify needs to determine if we are the appropriate organization to help you. You will also meet with one of our support staff who will gather financial information from you to help determine how much your service will cost and how they will be paid for. The entire process typically lasts between one and one half hours.

In most cases, yes. We have staff participating in multiple insurance panels. At your initial appointment we will contact your insurance company to obtain a pre-authorization for services. We will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure you understand your insurance benefits.
At your initial appointment a support staff member will assist you to develop a clear understanding of how your services will be paid. Often times we are able to adjust the cost based on a sliding scale that takes family income and number of individuals into consideration. You will be asked to complete financial paperwork which will help us determine the amount of co-pay you will be responsible for.
